Mimz Backdrop Celebrations strive to provide excellent service to ensure that your event goes as smoothly as possible. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the event that Mimz Backdrop Celebrations fails to arrive for the scheduled backdrop rental setup, nor am unable to set up backdrop/decorations per agreement form. Upon confirmation of the missed setup, a refund will be given within 24 hrs at the date of service.
This policy does not apply if the setup failure is due to inaccurate or incomplete event details provided by the client for ex: Wrong address/incorrect time set up.
This policy does not cover cases where the client cancels the event or changes the location without proper notice.
