How far in advance Should i Book a backdrop?

I recommend booking 2 -4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, Especially for a wedding at least 2 months in advance to go over details. However, I do accommodate last- minute bookings based on availability.

Do you deliver, set up and break down the backdrop?

Yes! I deliver, setup and breakdown altogether. Latest is 11pm and anytime after that is a $50 per hour. Travel fee is $25.

How much time in advance does it take to set up?

Provide at least 2 hrs before the event to allow proper time for set up.

Can i rent the backdrop overnight?

All Backdrops are for only day use and not overnight.

What are your delivery areas?

I travel anywhere from Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, Kuna and Emmet

Can I customize the backdrop?

Of course! you may add decorations such as other floral, signs, balloons, etc. I would need to know all details in order to provide decoration attachments such as string, tape, hooks etc.. Also avoiding heavy items that could damage the backdrop.

How long is the rental Period?

It includes a full day rental.

Do you provide outdoor setups?

Yes, Backdrop needs to be placed in an area that has protection from wind and Flooring needs to be completely flat.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, $50 non-refundable deposit is to secure your date.

How large are you backdrops?

All backdrops are 8x8. Be sure to measure the ceiling if indoors or under a patio.

Can I pick up the backdrop and set it up myself?

Currently we only offer full-service delivery and setup to ensure the backdrops are properly installed for you event.
